University Of Alkafeel
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research honored Prof.Dr. Hussein Abdullah Al-Baka, a lecturer at University of Alkafeel , with the title of "Best Player in Professors Category" and with cup and medal, in appreciation of his distinguished performance in the 2024 Iraqi Universities Swimming Championship. The championship, which was held at the swimming pool of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad, witnessed strong competition between participants from various Iraqi universities.
The Ministry representative, Dr. Ammar Hamid Al-Zubaidi, Director of the Student Activities Department, presented the award to Dr. Al-Bakaa during the honoring ceremony held as part of the championship activities. His high performance and competitive spirit were praised, which made him prominent between the participants in the professors category.
This award reflects the dedication of Dr.Al-Baka to the fields of sports and education, and is an incentive for the rest of the professors in Iraqi universities to engage in sports activities and promote physical and mental health. It also highlights the importance of teaching staff participation in university activities, which contributes to developing an environment
