University of Alkafeel announced the launch of the "Information Bank" competition dedicated to students of College of Medical and Health Technologies to include the departments of medical laboratory technologies, radiology technologies, and anesthesia technologies. This competition comes within the framework of the efforts of the university  to enhance scientific knowledge and develop a spirit of positive competition between students.

The competition showed wide participation from student teams representing various departments of the college, as the teams competed in an enthusiastic atmosphere through internal elimination rounds, which included a set of specialized scientific questions that tested the academic abilities and general knowledge of the participants.

    At the end of the eliminations, the Anesthesia Technology Department team was able to achieve victory after a distinguished performance that reflects the efforts made in preparation and scientific achievement. The winning team received great appreciation from the organizing committee and the attendees for its high ability to deal with scientific challenges.

In a statement, Asst. Prof. Amir Sadiq Yasser Al-Athari, vice-dean for administrative affairs at the College of Medical and Health Technologies , confirmed that "Information Data Bank Competition is an important step towards enhancing the academic and research capabilities of our students, and encouraging them to excel scientifically. Through this event, we aim to create an educational environment that encourages innovation and develops critical thinking skills and group cooperation. These activities also boost the ability of the students to interact with their scientific knowledge and apply it to practical situations."

Al-Athari explained that "the university always seeks to provide innovative educational platforms, and such competitions are part of our comprehensive strategy to support the quality of education and provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their scientific creativity."

    It is worth noting that this competition is part of a series of educational activities organized by University of Alkafeel to enhance scientific interaction between students and motivate them to be prominent in their fields of specialization.
