University of Alkafeel council in its sixth session was chaired by Prof.Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the chancellor of the university , on 15 December 2024, and attended by the vice-chancellor for scientific affairs, Prof.Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali,college deans and assistants. This session was dedicated to discussing the final preparations for the Sixth International Scientific Conference, as a set of important topics were reviewed, including:

- Scientific research submission : The total number of incoming research was discussed, including accepted research, under evaluation, and under review.

- College needs: The session addressed preparing the halls for the research sessions and determining the needs of each college to provide an ideal environment for discussions.

- Administrative and technical organization of the conference: The discussions included determining the arrangements for the opening sessions, managing the halls, receiving guests, and preparing introductory posters and badges.

The Council stressed the importance of completing all preparations pertinent to the conference by next Monday to ensure full readiness for the launch of the conference activities.

    Such a conference shows the university of Alkafeel efforts to promote scientific research and provide a platform for researchers from various disciplines to discuss important scientific issues and innovate pioneering solutions.
