University Of Alkafeel
The 6th International Al-Kafeel University Conference reveals the organization of 10 scientific sessions specialized in medical sciences. The conference is held with the participation of the Universities of Toledo and Michigan from the United States, Al-Ameed University and Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital and aims to enhance scientific and research movement and provide a stimulating environment for researchers.
The sessions were chaired by Dr. Fatima Al-Baka, vice-dean for scientific Affairs at College of Medicine, and convened by Dr. Abdul Zahra Samad, a lecturer at the college .
The conference began with an opening session delivered by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Asst.Prof.Dr. Dr. Samer Makki Al-Hakak. Then there was a lecture by Dr. James Coey from the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, United Kingdom.
The sessions held at the College of Medicine building at Al-Kafeel University will showcase research papers by foreign and Iraqi researchers, focusing on providing solutions to current health challenges through modern medical research. The conference lasts for two days and targets a platform for researchers in medical sciences to exchange knowledge and present their ideas in line with the latest developments in this field.
