On the margin of the Sixth International Scientific Conference organized by University of Alkafeel , there was a discussion session among the deans of the colleges of technical engineering at University of Alkafeel , the College of Engineering at the University of Kufa, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Kufa, the Chairman of the Technical Engineering Accreditation Council at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Council convenor , and the Council coordinator for the universities of the Middle Euphrates region, on Tuesday 01/07/2025.
The session aimed to discuss and analyze the reality of engineering curricula and ways to develop them to keep pace with the rapid technical progress in various engineering fields, especially artificial intelligence. The discussions included enhancing the skills of graduates , updating curricula and acquiring skills with the perspective of the future labor market, to ensure the provision of a suitable work environment for graduates.
At the end of the session, the Dean of the College of Technical Engineering at University of Kafeel presented certificates of appreciation to the deans , the Chairman and members of the Engineering Accreditation Council, in appreciation of their efforts in ensuring the quality of engineering education and its outcomes.
