As part of University of Alkafeel efforts to develop its infrastructure and keep pace with scientific and technical progress, Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, chancellor of the University, visited the project to observe the new educational building on Saturday 11/1/2025. The visit was attended by Eng. Adel Malik, Managing Director of Al-Liwaa International Company pertinent to Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, which is implementing the project.
This project aims to increase the educational capacity of the university and provide a modern academic environment that supports the needs of students and teaching staff as well. The meeting also included following up the progress of work on the project and the construction stages, where the University President was briefed on the details of the progress of work according to the plans in focus .
In a statement, the University President confirmed that this project falls within the remit of the university strategy to expand and modernize its educational facilities, in line with the latest developments in the fields of education and scientific research. He also praised the directives of the Holy Al-AbbasShrine, which pays special attention to developing education and contributing to enhancing a modern academic environment to serve students and teaching staff.
