The Council of the College of Technical Engineering at University of Alkafeel held its periodic session on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, headed by Asst. Prof.Dr. Ali Jassim Al-Amri, dean of the college and the councilmembers .

    Dr. Al-Amri began the meeting by welcoming the attendees, conveying to them the thanks and appreciation of Prof.Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, chancellor of the University, for the efforts made during the first semester. He also stressed the importance of continuing to develop the educational and research process to achieve the desired academic goals.

    The Council discussed a number of basic axes: completing the requirements for institutional accreditation and programmatic accreditation, stressing the need to accomplish them as quickly and accurately as possible, according to the approved standards. The ongoing preparations for the second semester were also reviewed, and the importance of developing scientific and practical skills of the students to enable them to keep pace with the ever-changing requirements of the labor market was tackled . The dean, Dr. Ali Jassim Al-Amri, laid emphasis on the importance of working in a team spirit and effective coordination between all parties to achieve the college goals, and enhance the quality of education and scientific research, which contributes to developing higher education outcomes and meeting the needs of the labor market.
