It is one of the College of Technical Engineering at University of Alkafeel policies to show a kind of acumen to enhance communication channels with students, a periodic meeting was held on 2/3/2025, headed by Asst.Prof.Dr. Dr. Ali Jassim Al-Amri, Dean of the College, and attended by a number of students.

    The meeting aims to observe the opinions and aspirations of the students ,then discusses the challenges they face in their academic career,and explains the services provided by the university and the college to support them academically and professionally. Students were also urged to keep abreast of the most updated curricula and participate in various university activities and events, in a way that enhances their educational experience.

    The organization of the graduation photo for fourth-year students (Batch 15) was tackled ,as the ministerial controls and university directives that organize this event were reviewed, with the aim of celebrating students and their families on the campus :

The most prominent topics of the meeting:

• Discussing the curricula and updates approved by the college to keep pace with the latest technical developments in engineering specializations.

• Encouraging students to conduct scientific research and innovation, while affirming the readiness of college to support their creative projects.

• Adhering to ministerial and university directives to ensure the quality of the educational environment.

• Allocating time to listen to their inquiries and suggestions, and addressing them in a manner that serves the educational process.

    Such a meeting falls within the series of periodic meetings held by the college, based on its commitment to providing an integrated educational environment, and enhancing the partnership between students and the college administration to achieve academic and developmental goals
