The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel , in collaboration with the College of Technical Engineering, organized an educational guidance lecture: “Concept of Happiness”, presented by Kawthar Alawi Kamel on Monday 2/10/2025 in the presence of the college students.

    The lecture dealt with the concept of happiness in a comprehensive manner, as it reviewed the state of happiness, its causes, and ways to achieve it, with a focus on the importance of awareness of the details that contribute to enhancing the feeling of happiness and gratitude to Allah , which is positively reflected in the daily lives of individuals.

    The lecture also focused on enhancing the sense of satisfaction for the students and the importance of positive thinking and its impact on academic and personal success.

Strategies for improving the quality of psychological life were discussed, through developing skills of adaptation and optimism, and achieving a balance between academic requirements and social life.

    At the end of the lecture, the platform is left for discussion, as the students interacted with the lecturer, and asked their questions about how to face daily challenges and enhance positive feelings. The lecture was well received by the students, due to the valuable content and practical ideas to contribute to supporting their psychological health and motivating them to adopt a positive visions on life.
