The Scientific Committee of the College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel , headed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Dakhil Al-Rikabi, held its sixth meeting for the academic year 2024-2025, on Monday, February 17, 2025, in the presence of all its members. This meeting came to reflect the acumen of the college to continue the path of academic and research excellence, which culminated in obtaining full and unconditional programmatic accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to become the first college of pharmacy in Iraq to achieve this prominent scientific achievement.

    During the meeting, the committee discussed the most prominent scientific issues : scientific research achievements of faculty members , students, commitment to supporting authentic scientific research. Specialized scientific committees were also formed to supervise the discussion of graduation research according to precise specializations, ensuring the achievement of the highest standards of quality and excellence.

     On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Dakhil Al-Rikabi stressed that this meeting is part of the college strategy to strengthen its position as a leading scientific edifice, not only at the level of Iraq, but also at the regional level. He added: "We always seek to advance scientific research and provide an academic environment that stimulates creativity and innovation, in a way that serves the path of higher education in our country."

It is worth noting that the College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel becomes a model to be emulated in the field of scientific research, as it adopts an advanced scientific methodology that contributes to preparing distinguished pharmaceutical cadres capable of keeping pace with future challenges in this vital field
