The Head of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, Lect. Azal Hadi Yaqoub, met today, Monday, 3/3/2025, with third-year students in a session that addressed the benefits of the holy month of Ramadan in improving and developing oneself.
The meeting discussed the importance of investing in the spiritual and social atmosphere of this month in refining personal efficiency and achieving a balance between study and social life. Methods of time management and enhancing self-planning skills were also discussed, which contributes to raising the level of academic achievement and future professional success.
The meeting witnessed positive interaction from the students who presented their ideas and personal experiences, stressing the importance of these dialogues in motivating them to achieve self- and professional development.
