University Of Alkafeel
The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation , in collaboration with the College of Dentistry, organized an educational lecture : "Drugs" on Monday, March 17, 2025. The lecture was delivered by Asst Prof. Kawthar Kadhim Odeh, who addressed the causes of drug abuse and the factors contributing to its spread, health and psychological harms.
The lecture also discussed the common methods used by drug dealers to attract young men and women, while warning students of the dangers of drugs. The lecturer also posed questions to the audience, such as "Is there a benefit to drug abuse?" to encourage them to consider the consequences of this negative habit.
This lecture is part of the ongoing efforts for University of Alkafeel raise awareness of the importance of mental and physical health and protect society from the dangers of drugs.
