The Student Activities Department at University of Alkafeel started the Ramadan Five-a-Side Football Tournament for the university's faculty and administrative staff on Monday, March 14, 2025. The event was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, President of the University, and was attended by a number of participants .
The tournament aims to foster a spirit of fair competition and strengthen ties of cooperation between faculty and administrators in a cordial atmosphere that reflects camaraderie and positive interaction on campus. The tournament was conducted with complete transparency, and the match schedule was determined according to a system that ensures equal opportunities for participating teams. The competition is scheduled to begin soon amid extensive preparations, with an enthusiastic atmosphere for the teams .
This event is part of the sporting activities that Alkafeel University organizes annually to support physical fitness and promote recreational activities that contribute to building an integrated university environment.
