As part of its ongoing training program for counselor-at-Kafeel University, Asst.Prof. Dr. Ayad Sahib Hammadi, Assistant Director of the Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation , delivered a lecture : "Communication Skills for Counselor-at-Kafeel University" on Monday, April 14, 2025.
The lecturer addressed a set of basic skills that counselors are to acquire and master to facilitate their counseling mission. He also reinforced his lecture with various examples drawn from university realities, providing participants with a deeper understanding of how to apply these skills in the workplace.
