University of Alkafeel participates in the University Scout Camp for Peaceful Coexistence, which is held on the slogan: "No to Extremism... Yes to Coexistence." Sponsored by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the camp is organized by the Student Activities Department of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority and hosted by the Northern Technical University in Nineveh Governorate from April 16 to 24, 2025.

The camp aims to consolidate the concepts of peaceful coexistence and the rejection of extremism, as well as to develop leadership and volunteer skills among students and strengthen the bonds of cooperation and interaction between various Iraqi universities through various scouting, awareness, and cultural activities.

University of Alkafeel is represented in this camp by students Mahdi Naseer Riyadh and Abdullah Sattar Thabet, under the supervision of the delegation leader, Mr. Nabil Kamel Al-Yasiri, who emphasized that this participation shows the commitment of the universityto supporting national initiatives to building a  cohesiveand responsible university community.

Al-Yasiri explained that the camp is a valuable opportunity for students to exchange experiences and acquire skills that contribute to building a well-composed and well-rounded university personality. He highlighted the importance of such events in supporting the vision of the university to engage its students in extracurricular activities that have a positive impact on society.
