In the presence of the University of Alkafeelchancellor , Prof.Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, the deans of colleges and assistants, the heads of academic and administrative departments, faculty members, and university personnel , an official celebration was held on Wednesday morning, April 30, 2025, to celebrate the achievement of the highest institutional accreditation for the Iraqi universities the university of Alkafeel gained .

In a speech at the celebration, Prof.Dr. Al-Dahan expressed his pride in this great achievement that reflects the level of effort and integrated institutional work exerted by all university staff and confirms its continued commitment to quality standards and academic accreditation.

His Excellency noted that this achievement enhances the repute of the university , as a leading educational institution , and widens broad horizons for academic and research cooperation with international universities and scientific institutions. It also provides additional motivation to continue developing educational programs and promoting scientific research and innovation. In the celebration event , the university presidency honored all faculty and administrative staff in recognition of their efforts in supporting the progress of the university and achieving such a feat . Certificates of appreciation were distributed to them as an expression of gratitude and appreciation for their effective role.

Professor Al-Dahan also thanked the General Secretariat of Holy Al-Abbas Shrine for its continuous support and congratulated all the university members on this success, which shows a spirit of collaboration , affinity and a commitment to promoting the university to the highest levels of excellence in the academic fields .
