The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel , in collaboration with the College of Engineering Technology, organized an educational guidance lecture : "Time Management Strategies." The lecture was presented by mentor . Kawthar Alawi Al-Rubaie on Monday, May 5, 2025, in a universityclassroom.
The lecture aimed to raise the awareness of the students on the importance of time management, in particular , during the exam periods and academic duties , by reviewing the most prominent strategies that enable them to organize their time effectively, reduce stress, and achieve outstanding academic performance.In her lecture, Al-Rubaie addressed a number of key topics : the concept of time management and common mistakes such as procrastination and ways to overcome them. She also presented examples of daily organizational schedules and offered motivational advice to build successful habits among students that enhance their ability to make the most of their time. The lecture showed a great response from the students, who expressed their appreciation for the importance of these topics in supporting their academic careers and developing their personal skills.
