On Saturday, June 28, 2025, University of Alkafeel started a specialized training course : "Air Conditioning Maintenance and Malfunctions." The course was organized by the Maintenance Section in collaboration with Lifelong Learning Centre , with the attendance of a number of Maintenance Section members.

This course is part of the university plan to develop technical personnel and aims to boost technical knowledge and raise the competence of members in dealing with, diagnosing, and repairing air conditioning malfunctions with a high degree of professionalism.

The course lasts for five days and includes intensive theoretical and practical training under the supervision of lecturer Eng. Hamza Iyad Sadiq, who provided a practical explanation of the most common malfunctions and how to address them using modern, approved methods.Eng. Hani Abdel Wahed Hani, head of the university maintenance section , explained that this course represents a true investment in developing field skills, emphasizing that raising the level of technical readiness contributes to improving the performance of university infrastructure.

Under such a program, the university seeks to build advanced technical capabilities that meet daily work requirements and support effective maintenance efforts to ensure a comfortable, stable university environment equipped with the latest professional and technical standards.
