On Saturday, 30 August 2025, the Quality Assurance Department, in collaboration with Lifelong Learning Center at University of Alkafeel , organized a specialized training course : "Training Course on Strategic Plan, Vision, Mission, and Objectives of University of Alkafeel ." This course is part of the ongoing efforts at the university to promote a culture of quality and future planning in its academic and administrative institutions.

    The course lectures were delivered by Asst.Prof. Dr. Abdul Sahib Saad Jubran, Director of Quality Assurance Department; Asst.Lect . Muntadhar Abdul Abbas Al-Helou, Director of the University President Office; and Asst.Lect. Zulfiqar Hamid Al-Khafai, Director of Citizen Affairs and Human Rights. The lecturers addressed scientific and practical topics: concept of a strategic plan, mechanisms for formulating a vision and mission, and setting goals according to precise methodologies that contribute to improving institutional performance.

    The course will last for two days and includes participants from department and center directors, branch officials, centers and administrative units, ensuring that the interest and experience are disseminated across all levels of administrative work. The sessions were characterized by a spirit of interaction and constructive discussion, enhancing the ability of the participants to apply these concepts to the university work environment.

     Such a course is part of a series of development programs that University of Alkafeel  organizes periodically to enable its staff to meet quality and academic accreditation requirements and to establish a strategic planning approach as a fundamental pillar for achieving its mission and future goals.
