University Of Alkafeel
The training course on the strategic plan, vision, mission, and objectives continued for the second day at University of Alkafeel . The course was organized by the Quality Assurance Department in cooperation with the Center for Lifelong Learning , with the participation of department and center directors, and heads of divisions and administrative units.
The program of the second day included in-depth discussions on the mechanisms for formulating strategic objectives and bringing them into executive work plans, in addition to practical workshops to enable the participants to effectively employ these concepts in the university work environment.
This course comes as a framework of the efforts for University of Alkafeel to develop administrative capabilities and promote a culture of quality and institutional planning, contributing to improving university performance and achieving its future goals.
