Agricultural Section Staff at University of Alkafeel continue their daily efforts to nurture and maintain the green spaces on campus. This work included pruning trees, maintaining green spaces, and removing summer plants to ensure a renewed and clean environment.
The staff is also working to produce seedlings in the university nursery, which include seasonal flowers and plants for the winter season. These seedlings will be distributed and planted in the courtyards and gardens, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the university.
Moreover , the agricultural team prepares organic fertilizer for winter fertilization using well-studied scientific methods to ensure soil nutrition and achieve the best sustainable agricultural results, in line with the university development plans.
Asst. Prof. Ali Abdul Jalil, Head of Agriculture Section , emphasized that these ongoing efforts stem from the commitment of the University to maintaining the aesthetic appearance and healthy environment on campus throughout the year, which reflects its civilized image and academic vision.
