The Dean Office of the Faculty of Medical and Health Technologies held a universal meeting with the students on Sunday, 21 September 2025, attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharrad, the assistant deans, and the heads of academic departments. The meeting began with a warm welcome to the students and an introduction to the start of the new academic year, emphasizing the importance of active participation in the educational and training process.

     The meeting also included a review of the academic and training plans for each department, along with an explanation of university guidelines and regulations to ensure academic discipline and the success of the educational process. The dean office stressed the importance of students attending both theoretical and practical lectures and participating in training activities, as this would enhance the acquisition of practical and professional skills from day one.

     In the meeting, students were given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their suggestions regarding the educational and training process, thus fostering interaction between the students and the dean  office and academic departments. There also was a reference to the importance of maintaining continuous communication with students to ensure their academic and professional needs and to create a supportive and effective learning environment that achieves the college objectives.

     The meeting concluded with an emphasis on adhering to university regulations and academic discipline, and stressing the importance of tracing academic and training activities in the departments. The dean office also stressed the importance of continuing these meetings with students to foster an integrated learning environment that supports the college mission and academic goals.
