The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Asst. Prof.Dr. Saad Mashkur Waleed Al-Ziyadi, chaired An expanded meeting , attended by the dean assistants and representatives from the Academic Affairs Office, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Thabhaawi, with the faculty members of the college on Wednesday, 24 September 2024.
The meeting focused on discussing the research plan of the college and reviewed certain objectives and their mechanisms to achieve in line with the university vision for developing scientific output. Faculty members were also invited to share their perspectives and suggestions that would enhance research outcomes.
The meeting also discussed monitoring the publication of research and scientific contributions, addressing the main obstacles faced by researchers in this field. The meeting included an exchange of ideas on how to overcome challenges and create an academic stimulating environment that supports continuous scientific publication.
The meeting concluded with recommendations emphasizing the importance and necessity of effective research publication, as a key pillar for the college and university to improve their academic rankings and enhance their role in serving the community and the academic environment.
