On Wednesday 8 October 8 2025, the Department of Anesthesia Technology at the College of Medical and Health Technology at University of Alkafeel organized a workshop : "Designing the Approved Bubble Sheet of the Department” , presented by Asst.Lect. Huda Noman Obaid.
The workshop aimed to clarify the design mechanism for the approved bubble sheet and standardize procedures for preparing exam forms to ensure accuracy and workflow .
The workshop included a practical explanation of how to prepare and design the bubble sheet in the department, with an explanation of the technical principles for formatting the sheet to meet electronic marking requirements. The mechanism for adopting the standardized exam form was also reviewed, emphasizing the importance of accurately completing the forms and maintaining the smoothness of the marking process. The workshop witnessed widespread interaction from attendees, who provided several suggestions on mechanisms for developing future exam forms, which would contribute to improving the quality of the examination process in the department.
