As part of strengthening academic and professional cooperation between University of Alkafeel and healthcare institutions, the College of Pharmacy sent a letter of thanks and appreciation to Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital and Al-Zahra Hospital in appreciation of their efforts in welcoming the college students and providing a distinguished training environment that contributes to the development of their practical skills.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Salem Fayez Kadhim, Head of the Clinical Pharmacy Department at the College of Pharmacy, delivered letters of thanks and appreciation to the directors of the two institutions and the heads of their pharmacy departments, in appreciation of their prominent role in supporting clinical training and enhancing the presence of professional pharmacists in healthcare institutions.
This initiative comes in implementation of the cooperation agreement signed between University of Alkafeel and the Najaf Health Department to activate the principle of integration between academic education and field practice and to consolidate the concept of practical training as an essential component of preparing students for the professional job market.
Hospital directors and pharmacy department officials expressed their gratitude and appreciation for this initiative, affirming their continued readiness to expand the horizons of joint cooperation with University of Alkafeel to advance the academic and practical level of students and contribute to the development of health services in the governorate.
