The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel organized an educational lecture : " Role of Conscious Freedom in Promoting Community Interest," held at the College of Medicine for third-year students on Saturday, 18 October 2025.
The lecture was presented by Counsl. Noor Maitham Al-Hakim, who explained the concept of freedom as a human value that contributes to building the personality of a conscious and responsible individual, while emphasizing the implementation of the freedom in the line with the established laws and social values. The lecture also addressed the importance of achieving a balance between individual freedom and the public interest, explaining that the university environment represents a microcosm of society and highlighting the role of students in establishing a culture of dialogue and mutual respect to create a positive and constructive university atmosphere.
