The College of Medical and Health Technologies held a training workshop by Asst.Lect. Hussein Ali Hussein on Monday, 27 October 2025, to familiarize members of the attendance committee with the proposed electronic program for tracking absences and enhancing accuracy in records.
The presenter reviewed the program mechanism and features in organizing daily attendance data, supporting the development of the academic monitoring system, ensuring administrative efficiency, and improving the quality of student monitoring decisions.
The activity included practical training for participants on using the program and a detailed explanation of its components, with an of emphasis on preparing the computers and Excel files for students in both the morning and evening study programs.
The workshop resulted in several recommendations, most notably the official adoption of the program, the standardization of data inputting procedures, the continued use of the same computers in each stage, holding a follow-up workshop to monitor performance and further develop the system.
