The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation , in cooperation with the College of Engineering, organized an educational guidance lecture on Sunday, November 2, 2025. The lecture, presented by Counsl. Kawthar Alawi Kamel, was for fourth-year students and focused on the importance of responsibility and maturity.
The role of the individual in understanding their responsibilities towards themselves and their community is quite stressed , emphasizing the importance of making informed decisions. It stressed that intellectual and emotional maturity is measured by behavior and the ability to face different situations calmly and with composure.
Counsl. Kawthar emphasized the necessity of acknowledging mistakes and striving to correct them with a positive attitude, encouraging students to develop their self-awareness and take responsibility for their academic and social lives to achieve personal maturity and future success.
