The College of Medical and Health Technologies Council at University of Alkafeel held its third meeting for the academic year 2025-2026 on Monday, November 17, 2025. The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College, Asst.Prof. Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharad, and attended by the council members.
During the meeting, several important academic and administrative matters were discussed : student requests for deferrals, observing the workflow of the examination committee, discussion of the midterm exam procedures for the first semester, selection of examination halls, approval and official announcement of the final exam schedule, discussion of curriculum updates, and preparations for the university conference scheduled for January 6-7, 2026.
The council recommended taking appropriate measures regarding postponement requests in accordance with regulations, organizing the work of the examination committee, strengthening follow-up mechanisms, adopting a clear mechanism for the first semester midterm exam, confirming and disseminating information about examination halls, approving the final exam schedule, forming a committee or assigning departments to oversee curriculum updates, and commencing preparations for the university conference according to the established timeline.
