The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel , in cooperation with the College of Engineering Technology, organized an educational guidance lecture : "Power of Influence and Its Role in Building Society." The lecture was presented by Counsl. Kawthar Alawi Kamel, with the participation of sophomore student. Hussein Kadhim Al-Kharsan, on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
The lecture addressed the concept of the power of influence and its importance in building the individual and society, through a review of selected examples from the life of Imam Hassan Al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him), which demonstrated methods of wise influence in managing situations and promoting human and ethical values. The lecture also addressed artificial intelligence tools and their role in achieving positive impact, and ways to employ them consciously and responsibly in academic and community life.
The lecture aimed to enhance the awareness of their role in creating positive impact and to develop their abilities to have a constructive influence on their university environment and society in general. Such an event was part of a series of guidance and educational activities that the Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel is keen to support the educational process and to develop the potentials of the students.
