University of Alkafeel hosted a distinguished event to commemorate Chastity Week for the year 1447 AH, in cooperation with the Secretariat General of Holy Shrine of Imam Ali – Al-Alawi Platform. The event was attended by the University President, Prof. Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, deans of colleges, a select group of faculty members, a large number of students, and a delegation from the Secretariat General of Holy Shrine of Imam Ali – Al-Alawi Platform.
The event was held in celebration of the birth anniversary of Seida.Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and is part of a series of activities organized by the Al-Alawi Platform in Iraqi universities. These activities aim to instill moral and social values and strengthen the cultural and religious identity of students.
There was a valuable lecture on the life of Seida. Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), delivered by Jaafar Al-Mushash’a, and a poem by Poet. Zaid Ridha Al-Kaabi. Students thoroughly enjoyed the educational and cultural content of the event. The Attendees, students and teaching staff , emphasized the importance of these activities in instilling noble values and moral principles in the hearts of the rising generation, reflecting the acumen of the university and the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali to create a cultural , moral, stimulating and distinguished environment.
