The College of Medical and Health Technologies Council held its fourth meeting for the 2025-2026 academic year, chaired by the Council President, Prof. Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharad, and attended by council members. The meeting focused on organizing administrative and academic work and reviewing developments in the academic year.
The meeting addressed several important issues : student requests for deferrals according to the established regulations, the examination committee, and the procedures for announcing the annual grades. The council also discussed the final examination schedule for the first semester. The final examination schedule was approved, and examination halls were selected and officially circulated.
The council also discussed preparations for welcoming first-year students, including preparing classrooms and laboratories, and finalizing and approving class schedules to ensure a smooth and organized start to the academic year. At the conclusion of the session, the council issued a number of recommendations, most notably taking the necessary measures regarding postponement requests, strengthening the organization of the examination committee and mechanisms observing , announcing the annual progress report, confirming examination halls, and finalizing and officially announcing the examination schedule.
