On Wednesday, 17 December 2025, the College of Medical and Health Technologies at University of Alkafeel welcomed first-year students from the scientific department. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharad, vice-dean for scientific affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sadiq Ghani Al-Mahna, and the heads of the academic departments, as part of the activities to welcome new students and prepare them for the new academic year.
The students were introduced to the academic system and university regulations and also had the opportunity to visit the scientific laboratories and classrooms to familiarize themselves with the available educational resources, thus contributing to their integration into the university environment and their understanding of the teaching methods on campus .
This activity is part of the college efforts to prepare first-year students to embark on their academic journey with confidence and a thorough understanding of the procedures and instructions and fostering a sense of belonging and communication between students and the college.
