The deanery office of the College of Dentistry organized an orientation meeting for freshman students on Saturday, 20 December 2025, to facilitate their smooth integration into university life and to help them understand the administrative procedures and university regulations necessary for managing their interactions within the college.
The meeting was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Kadhim Abu Kalal,vice-dean for administrative affairs, who provided a comprehensive explanation of the approved regulations and procedures, and the mechanisms for accessing various departments and administrative units. He also answered the inquiries of the students to address any obstacles they might face and encourage their early integration into their academic journey.
The meeting showed positive results: strengthening direct communication between students and the college deanship, familiarizing students with the administrative procedures and the processing mechanisms of the file submission to support new students to facilitate their integration into the university environment, and emphasizing the continuation of orientation meetings during the first semester of the academic year.
