The Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Jassim Al-Amiri, held a periodic meeting with students of the Computer Engineering Technology Department on Tuesday, 16 December 2025, as part of the commitment of the deanery to fostering direct communication with students and understanding their academic needs.
The meeting addressed several topics related to the educational process : curriculum updating , practical training, student activities and events, and highlighting the benefits of the services provided by the university and college in a way that aligns with the interests of the students and enhances the quality of the educational environment. The suggestions and inquiries of the students were heard, and the challenges they face in their studies were discussed, with appropriate measures to address them.
The meeting resulted in several important recommendations : urging students to stay updated on curriculum developments to keep pace with the latest technological advancements, encouraging scientific research and innovation, and affirming the readiness of the college to support their creative projects. The recommendations also emphasized adherence to ministerial and university directives to ensure a robust and stimulating learning environment.
