On Wednesday, 7 January 2026, the Dean Office of the College of Medicine at University of Alkafeel held an organizational meeting chaired by the Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Samer Maki Al-Hakak, and attended by vice-deans : Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatima Karim Al-Bakka for Scientific Affairs, and Lect. Dr. Muhammad Jaafar Al-Ansari for Administrative Affairs, physicians and research assistants.
The meeting addressed the organization of examination supervision and ensured full adherence to the approved instructions to guarantee the integrity and quality of examinations. There was an emphasis on the need to standardize work procedures in practical laboratories and the clinical skills lab, and to enhance the role of research assistants in supporting the teaching process and listening to their feedback and suggestions. Finally ,it recommended strict adherence to examination supervision guidelines, standardization and organization of work procedures in practical laboratories and the clinical skills lab, and strengthening the participation of research assistants in the teaching process, taking their feedback into account and addressing the challenges they face. This will contribute to supporting an integrated learning environment that elevates the level of medical education at the college.
