The Optometry Technology Department at the College of Medical and Health Technologies, University of Alkafeel , organized an orientation activity for freshman students to introduce them to the Al-Siraj program and how to use it in the educational process.
The activity was held at the College of Medical and Health Technologies on Sunday, January 11, 2026, under the supervision of the department head, Dr. Mohammed Malik Aboud, and with the participation of Asst. Lect. Hussein Fadhil Abdul Abbas.
The activity included a detailed explanation of how to access the Al-Siraj program, how to download electronic lectures and register attendance, and how to view exam results. It also clarified how to handle answer sheets for midterm and final exams.
This activity aims to enhance their awareness of the electronic system adopted by the college, facilitate their academic progress, and reduce errors related to examination procedures. This is part of the college efforts to support its new students and prepare them for integration into the university environment.
