The Dean of the College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel held an administrative and academic meeting on Saturday, 10 January 2026, chaired by the Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Saad Mashkour Waleed Al-Ziyadi, and attended by the vice-deans and members of the committee formed by administrative order.
The meeting aimed to organize the educational process by distributing teaching assignments for the second semester and preparing a comprehensive academic schedule that ensures the smooth flow of lectures and adherence to approved regulations and instructions. The mechanism for distributing course materials among faculty members was discussed, taking into account academic specializations and teaching load. The academic schedule was prepared to ensure fairness and efficiency in academic performance.
The meeting resulted in the approval of the distribution of teaching assignments for the second semester based on academic competence and specialization. The proposed academic schedule was also approved and circulated to the academic departments. Emphasis was placed on adhering to the specified lecture times and ministerial and university directives, and on monitoring the schedule implementation and evaluating the educational process periodically.
