On Sunday,11 January 2026, the College of Science at University of Alkafeel organized an introductory lecture for faculty members on the Al-Siraj system. The lecture was led by Asst.Lect. Ali Fouad Al-Hamami.
The lecture aimed to familiarize faculty members with how to use the system for uploading electronic lectures, recording attendance, and viewing exam results. It also explained how to handle answer sheets during midterm and final exams.
The activity contributed to enhancing faculty members' understanding of the electronic system adopted by the college, facilitating the monitoring of lectures, attendance, and results, and reducing errors associated with examination procedures. Participants recommended holding similar introductory workshops at the beginning of each academic year to ensure optimal use of the system.
