University Of Alkafeel
Under the patronage of the President of University of Alkafeel , Prof. Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, and in cooperation with the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning, University of Alkafeel conducts a specialized training course on the ISO 9001:2015 Total Quality Management standard. The 5-day course will begin on Sunday, 18 January 2026.
The course aims to enhance institutional quality concepts, develop administrative and academic capabilities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This will contribute to raising institutional performance in accordance with approved international standards and support the efforts of the university to achieve institutional and program accreditation requirements.
The course includes theoretical and practical modules covering the standard requirements and implementation mechanisms in educational institutions. It also addresses methods for documenting procedures and improving processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in performance. This course is part of a series of development activities that University of Alkafeel is keen to organize, in line with its strategic vision of developing human resources and enhancing the quality of education and administration, which reflects its academic and institutional standing.
