The Dean of the College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel held an orientation meeting attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Ahmed Hussein Al-Mayali, Vice-Dean for Administrative Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Hassanein Shaker Mahmoud, Vice-Dean for Scientific Affairs, with first-year students. The meeting aimed to enhance direct communication, address academic and administrative challenges, provide psychological and moral support, and motivate students to strive for excellence and persevere.
The meeting took place in the college laboratories on Tuesday, 20 January 2026, where the assistant deans listened to the remarks of the students and discussed the most prominent issues, offering guidance and advice to support them in their university studies. They emphasized the importance of commitment to their studies and striving for academic excellence.
The meeting concluded with recommendations : continuing to hold regular meetings, following up on the issues raised and working to resolve them, encouraging students to actively participate in academic activities, and enhancing psychological and academic support to contribute to improving academic performance and ensuring student stability.
