University Of Alkafeel
Under the patronage of the President of University of Alkafeel , Prof. Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the University Presidency, Lifelong Learning Centre , held a scientific lecture: " Al-Joud System for Electronic Archiving: Into Non-Paper-Based University." This lecture was organized in collaboration with the Al-Kafeel Center for Information Technology and the Department of Information Technology at the university . The lecture was presented by Engr.Mohammed Afdal Abbas Mahdi from the Al-Kafeel Center for Information Technology on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
The lecture addressed the introduction to the Quality System and its mechanism for organizing electronic archiving and document management. It also explained its role in expediting administrative procedures, reducing reliance on paper transactions, and improving institutional efficiency, aligning with the goals of the University of Alkafeel to develop administrative performance, support digital transformation, and build a non-paper-based university.
