As part of its ongoing support for women empowerment and enhancing their role in entrepreneurship, University of Alkafeel hosted and sponsored the “Women Entrepreneurs” in Najaf forum, organized by the Unicorn Volunteer Team in collaboration with the Women Affairs Section at the university on Saturday, 24 January 2026.
The event aimed to highlight the importance of the women entrepreneurship, develop leadership and creative skills among participants, and encourage entrepreneurial initiatives that contribute to achieving sustainable development and building an active and influential society.
The event included a variety of activities, such as panel discussions and inspiring experiences, showcasing the success stories of women entrepreneurs, and discussing the challenges women face in the labor market and ways to overcome them through innovation, volunteer work, and community partnerships.
In the event, University of Alkafeel affirmed its commitment to supporting the women capabilities and its acumen to provide an academic and social environment that stimulates creativity and leadership in cooperation with institutions and active volunteer teams in the community.
