University of Alkafeel   celebrated the graduation of the first batch of the students from the Anesthesia Technology Department at the College of Medical and Health Technologies  for the academic year 2025-2026 in an atmosphere of joy and pride in the achievement and the efforts of the students and their families and professors. The ceremony took place on Sunday, 25 January 2026.

     The event was attended by Prof.Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, President of the University, Prof.Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs, the Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharad, his academic and administrative assistants, faculty members, students, and their parents.

    The university president expressed his joy and pride at this moment :

This is the happiest moment for every father and mother to observe the fruits of their sons' and daughters' achievements . We wish them to proceed with success in their academic and professional lives and hope they will be a valuable asset in all aspects of their lives. Our students are just shining examples of commitment and academic excellence, serving as role models for diligent university students. We thank their families for their unwavering support and pray that Allah protects them and their families.

    The university president affirmed that the university is proud of the students' achievements and will continue to support them in their academic and professional journeys. The graduates expressed their overwhelming joy at reaching this milestone, expressing their gratitude to their professors and the college administration for their support and guidance throughout their years of study.

The graduation of this first batch represents a significant step towards preparing specialized medical professionals who will contribute to develop the healthcare sector in Iraq.
