University Of Alkafeel
Under the patronage of the President of University of Alkafeel , Prof.Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan , and under the supervision of the Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation , University of Alkafeel held a celebration on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, commemorating the birth of the awaited Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance) in an atmosphere of faith, joy, and devotion.
The celebration began with a recitation from Glorious Quran, then there was a lecture by Sheikh. Ali Al-Fayyadh, a researcher in Mahdawi affairs. In his lecture, Sheikh Al-Fayyadh addressed the doctrinal and intellectual dimensions of the Imam Mahdi issue, highlighting the role of conscious anticipation in building the individual and society. He also answered questions and inquiries from the attendees. The celebration included recitations by the performer Amir Al-Aridhi, who expressed feelings of joy and happiness on this blessed occasion.
The event was attended by the deans of the colleges , their deputies, and g with a select group of faculty members and a large number of university students, underscoring the commitment of the University of Alkafeel to commemorating religious occasions and promoting authentic Islamic values on campus.
