As part of its commitment the University of Alkafeel fosters direct communication with its students, the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Jassim Al-Amiri, met with first-year students in the Computer Engineering Technology Department on Sunday, 8 February 2026, as part of his regular meetings with the college students. The meeting aimed to support their academic journey, reinforce their commitment to regulations and instructions, and address any challenges they might face during the academic year, thus contributing to a stimulating and distinguished learning environment.
The meeting included a series of guidelines and instructions that promote discipline and academic commitment, emphasizing the importance of attending lectures regularly, making good use of time, preparing optimally for the first semester exams, and engaging positively with the teaching and administrative staff. The Dean also provided an opportunity for students to ask questions, share their observations, and offer suggestions and requests related to academic and service-related matters, responding to them directly. At the end of the meeting, the Dean wished his students a successful and fulfilling academic year.
