University of Alkafeel invites its esteemed students to participate in the first training workshop for beginners : “Building Pharmaceutical Business Model” as part of its programs to develop entrepreneurial skills in the pharmaceutical field.
The workshop aims to empower students to transform traditional pharmaceutical ideas into innovative, value-added projects by introducing them to the Business Model Canvas (BMC), identifying customer segments, and exploring non-traditional revenue streams. The workshop includes hands-on practical application through designing project models such as a "smart pharmacy" or a "dietary supplement production line."
