The College of Medical and Health Technologies , Department of Anesthesia Technologies at University of Alkafeel organized a two-day training workshop : “Building Strong Personality,” held on Monday and Tuesday, on 16-17February 2026, with the participation of second-year students.
The workshop was presented by Prof. Haider Mohammed Hussein Al-Kaabi, who addressed various topics related to developing self-confidence, self-improvement, stress management, effective communication skills, and teamwork, all of which contribute to preparing students academically and professionally. The workshop witnessed positive student engagement through discussions and practical activities, reflecting their interest in developing their personal skills.
The recommendations emphasized the importance of continuing to hold developmental workshops and enhancing programs that support personal and professional skills, encouraging students to apply what they have learned in their academic and professional careers.
