The College of Dentistry at University of Alkafeel held a scientific lecture : "Biosafety and Security in Dental Laboratories" on Tuesday,24 February 2026. The lecture was delivered by Asst.Lect. Yousef Saheb Fakher.
The lecture addressed the fundamentals of biosafety, safe handling of laboratory materials, and procedures for preventing contamination and injuries, with the goal of fostering a safe and healthy educational work environment in the laboratories.
The event emphasized adherence to biosafety and security guidelines and the dissemination of a culture of prevention and occupational safety among students and staff. It also recommended the continuation of awareness lectures in the field of laboratory safety.
