The Deanship Office of the College of Medicine at University of Alkafeel held a periodic orientation and dialogue meeting with first-year students on Wednesday, 4 March 2026. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Samer Makki Al-Hakkak, and the Vice-Dean for Administrative Affairs, Lect.Dr. Mohammed Jaafar Al-Ansari.
This meeting reflects the Deanship commitment to strengthening direct communication channels with students and listening to their opinions and feedback on academic and administrative matters. Such aims to contribute to developing the educational environment and raising the level of scientific performance at the college.
The meeting provided an open forum for students to present their suggestions transparently. The college emphasized its commitment to reviewing all submitted feedback and taking appropriate action in accordance with established administrative procedures. Then it also stressed the importance of adhering to university regulations and instructions, and of working with a sense of responsibility and belonging to the academic institution. There were several recommendations: continuing with the regular meetings , strengthening of mutual trust and effective communication between the deanship and students to create a supportive and motivating learning environment conducive to success and excellence.
